This document governs the use of the TPZ Ristrutturazioni website and the provision of the renovation and construction services offered by TPZ Ristrutturazioni.

Quotes are free and non-binding; their validity is stated in the quote itself. An offer is only accepted upon signing the contract.

The contract defines the scope, schedule, costs and methods of execution.

Any changes requested by the client after signing the contract will be assessed and communicated through an updated quote.

Payment terms (deposit, progress payments and final balance) are set out in the contract, signed before work begins.

Work is covered by a warranty as set out in the quote and contract. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modifications or improper maintenance.

Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages, in accordance with applicable law.

This agreement is governed by Italian law. The competent court for any dispute shall be determined in accordance with applicable law.
